Is there anyway to change Version is displayed on a Compiled when a person goes to the Version Tab on Properities for the executable?

Right now it looks it is the version of the Autoit Compiler.

I would like to track the version of a script that I have written.

Thanx alot!

You should download SCITE ... the full package, and use the AutoIt Wrapper and there you should be able to change that

in SciTe press CTRL+F7 and go to ResourceUpdate tab, then change the version as you want :)

According to the Help About Screen on the Editor it says I have SciTE4AutoIt3 Version 1.71.

When I press Ctrl+F7 Nothing Happens - what am I missing?? :-(

Thanx,

Okay so I missspoke - CTRL-F7 (looking under Tools Menu) Compiles the Script.

No Dialog Pops UP to change the Version - So I guess I have some option not turned on??

So I may be getting Closer - I found an Option under View to view Parameters. I am guessing this were I would change the version displayed on the Compiled Executable.

Can someone tell me where I find a list of the parameters and their syntax to change the version displayed on the compiled executable?

Thanx

You should have a dir called "AutoIt3Wrapper" in SciTE's dir ...

On my comp it's here : "C:\Program Files\AutoIt3\SciTE\AutoIt3Wrapper\"

Hope it helped :)

My guess is that you didn't install the separate SciTE4AutoIt3 installer but are using the light version that comes with AutoIt3.

Download and install the latest from the link in my sig.. :)
