What exactly is it that you're looking for? Based upon the thread subject and a post of 'HOW!?' doesn't lend much to the effort of assisting you.

How do you make a GUI with that lil X instead of the big one...

Sound like what you're looking for is the GUI "Extended Style" of $WS_EX_TOOLWINDOW

Example:
