Disable the sound from a window/proccess?

Is it possible to find sound that a proccess outputs and disable it?

E.g. Mute the sound from winamp or from a game.

It should be possible, if you're running vista(I guess), as it has separate volume controls for "sound enabled" processes. :}

How to do it... hmm that's the question. :/

Probably something with DllCall, or COM objects.
