TCpservice, send to specific adresses

Hi there,

I want to make a little prog that checks some data on a screen.

Then when something appears I like to send a notification to the person involved.

I like to do this with a server-client model.

Now I found an old TCP based chat server which sends all data tot everybody all the time.

With some modifications it can become usefull to me, but I can't figure out how to send data"A" to person 1 and data"B" to person 2.

There can be up to 10 persons that could be notified, all with a different notification.

Can anyone help me out?
