I tried:

#include <GUIConstants.au3>

GUICreate ("=(")
$CheckBox = GUICtrlCreateCheckbox ( "CheckBox", 5,5)
GUICtrlSetData ( $CheckBox, $GUI_CHECKED); Not working...
GUISetState()

While 1
    $m = GUIGetMsg()
    Switch $m
    Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
        Exit
    EndSwitch
WEnd

And:

#include <GUIConstants.au3>

GUICreate ("=(")
$CheckBox = GUICtrlCreateCheckbox ( "CheckBox", 5,5)
GUICtrlSetData ( $CheckBox, 1); Not working...
GUISetState()

While 1
    $m = GUIGetMsg()
    Switch $m
    Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
        Exit
    EndSwitch
WEnd

And it still not working...

I want it to be already checked when I execute the script...

Thanks... :)

Change your GUICtrlSetData() to GUICtrlSetState().

***Edit***

Note: ..SetData changes the text of the Checkbox - You may or may not have noted the text change as the focus was the "state" of the box itself.
