With the software EzSkin how I can skin a script ready not create a script skin I have a script and I want to skin how I can do? :)

The skin has a working area or "useable space" in the center... see this post

as a general appraoach, the easiest way is to add a skin to an already designed GUI is to just add about "100" to the height and width thenh move the controls about "50" in and down.

that should work.
