How do I add a system menu item for the "right click" of a file?

To make it appear for ALL files just make a registry entry at:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shell\WHATYOUWANTITTODIPLAY\Command

I.e: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shell\OPEN with Notepad\Command

Default Value: C:\windows\system32\Notepad.exe "%1"
