You are sure you opened the Helpfile and typed "shortcut" in the search tab?

Its the 3rd one in my result list

FileCreateShortcut(@SystemDir&'\rundll32.exe',"C:\test.lnk","","dwmapi #105")

He could use that, or learn something from what Jos says. I belive he posts for a reason, he gave a good answer, search, and the third one down...
