Is there away to take part of a screenshot?

Say I want a screen shot of 250,250 to 500,500 is there a way to do that and maybe save it?

and if there is would there be away to compare one of the screen shots to another? To see if they match (or maybe how much does match)?

Well if you are only comparing them you can just compare the results from PixelChecksum().

Can you PixelChecksum a pre saved pic file? (guess I could splash it somewhere else on the screen and PixelChecksum it there)
