write text after mouseclick on firefox window

does anyone know how I can write text to a firefox text bar after mouseclicking on it?

with _IE*,it's possible, but it only works with IE (some1 told me)

are u quite sure it can't be done simpler? just mouseclick at coordinites 50, 50 and then tell it to type the text I need it to?
