Is there any way to invoke the Autorun on a cd through AutoIt?

yes, autoIT have CdTray() to open or closed the CD tray :)

there're some program work with CD is on this forum, use search and good luck

Just look at the AUTORUN.INF file, then run or shellexecute the necessary file. explanation of AUTORUN.INF
