AutoIt and WinPcap

does anyone have and idea if/how it is possible to integrate WinPcap (Windows Packet Capture Utility) into an AutoIt script? I have absolutely no experience with DLLs so i have no idea where to even start.

The have documentation here. And an FAQ here.

Unfortunately, like i said, none of it makes any sense to me so i don't even know where to start....
