All you need to do is look in the include file GuiListView.au3. You will see that all the function names have been changed and there's even a list showing the new function name to use for the old one.

Serial port communications UDF Includes functions for binary transmission and reception.printing UDF Useful for graphs, forms, labels, reports etc.Add User Call Tips to SciTE for functions in UDFs not included with AutoIt and for your own scripts.Functions with parameters in OnEvent mode and for Hot Keys One function replaces GuiSetOnEvent, GuiCtrlSetOnEvent and HotKeySet.UDF IsConnected2 for notification of status of connected state of many urls or IPs, without slowing the script.

Get a current version of AutoIt and the help file. Those functions were renamed like _GuiCtrlListView_GetSelectedIndices().

:D

Thank you all very much. I ended up using:

_GUICtrlListView_GetSelectedIndices(GUICtrlGetHandle($tab2ManagedList))

and I looked in the included directory and the included file for the appropriate function names.
