piratao2 Posted May 5, 2008 Share Posted May 5, 2008 I need to do batch OCR using Fine Reader software, but it becomes too slow if I send keystrokes and mouse clicks to the program interface. There are many scanned documents in BMP format to do the OCR. I'd like to use Fine Reader OCR engine because it is the only one that I found to be able to recognize more accurately the text standards that I have to OCR. I tried already MODI engine automated with autoit, but it does not seem to be able to recognize my texts correctly and often give me errors telling that it was not possible to recognize the text. Please, anybody could give me any guidance on how to accomplish this with Fine Reader 7 ? I'm wondering if it is possible to communicate directly with the program DLL or the like... Thanks!
