Rsync & SSH

I'm busy with a Rsync script that will backup files to an existing rsync server. Now I need a to add SSH for a more Secure way of doing things is there any one who did a SSH key put and get without user interaction ? if there is I'm user the following Server: Rsync.com I had a look at their help system but not that explanatory on how to do it without any user interaction. If someone is familiar with those servers please help.

so you don't know anything about ssh I presume?
