PC locker

I am going to work to a school computer laboratory. And I want to make a personalized locking software like those on some internet cafe. Can i block keys like alt+tab, ctrl+alt+del, ctrl+esc and alt+f4? I have an idea on how to do it. But i need some comments first. I will try to do the code when i go home. Suggestions ,tips and comments on how to do it are highly appreciated.
