InetGet with password authentification dosnt work under Vista ?

Hi I have following problem.

I want to use InetGet in this way with password autentification.

InetGet("http://user:passwort@mywebseite/files/test", "test", 1, 0)

In Windows XP it works fine with password. Under Viste the downloaded File stays empty.

Any idear waht to do to fix this problem ?
