computergroove Posted May 20, 2008 Share Posted May 20, 2008 I want to make a program that allows me to scan a bar code for a product. My scanner is programmed to read all the numbers and then hit enter. What I want the program to do is play a video specific to that product when I scan the bar code. I would like it to play in full screen mode as well. After the Video is done playing I want the screen to go black or I want the screen to say "scan an item to view the movie". I need to have a GUI that allows me to password protect the item entry but will allow me to scan an item and let me choose what avi file I want to associate with the bar code. Any suggestions? I was thinking VLC media player.
