They are explained in the SciTE4AutoIt3 help file, not in the regular AutoIt3 help file. Open SciTE (the full version, not the 'mini' version) and select "Help | SciTE Help". Now you have the SciTE For AutoIt3 help file open. Select the Contents and browse down to "Extra Utilities\AutoIt3Wrapper" to start reading. Valuater's AutoIt 1-2-3, Class...
