searched to formums and adapeted this code to what i sorta need.

#include <IE.au3>

$sImgDir = "c:\foo\"; Please make certain this folder already exists (silent failure if not)
$sWebPage = "http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/Absorbing_Shield"; webpage with images

$oIE = _IECreate( $sWebPage)

$oIMGs = _IEImgGetCollection ($oIE)

;Loop through all IMG tags and save file to local directory using INetGet
For $oIMG in $oIMGs
    $sImgUrl = $oIMG.src
    $sImgFileName = $oIMG.nameProp

 if $sImgFileName="Absorbing_Shield.jpg" Then INetGet($sImgUrl,  $sImgDir & $sImgFileName)

but how to i change it to see if there is already a web page open, then _IEnavigate.?

thanks :)

SciTe Debug mode - it's magic: #AutoIt3Wrapper_run_debug_mode=Y Doesn't work needs to be ripped out of the troubleshooting lexicon. It means that what you tried did not produce the results you expected. It begs the questions 1) what did you try?, 2) what did you expect? and 3) what happened instead?
