Here you see what happens if i have #include "Download.au3" without commented out.

here you can download all in zip file

First step, I would start by fixing the error

Z:\My Documents\install2\Download.au3(2,10) : ERROR: can't open include file <"file.au3>

#include <"file.au3>

~~~~~~~~~^
Z:\My Documents\install2\install.au3 - 1 error(s), 10 warning(s)
Change #Include <"file.au3>
to
#Include <file.au3>
Then see what happens.
Ignore warnings, they are just WARNINGS. Not errors.
Just because they are warnings does not mean they should all be ignored. If you are warned not to step into traffic, would it be good to ignore that? The choice is yours of course but don't start crying when you get hit by a car. :)
