Could be a messed up install (try re-installing?)

You could also consider the error verbatum, do you have appropriate access to the .bin file? is it even present? is another process using it?

It wasn't there, I had installed AutoIT on my jump drive, so I copied it onto my laptop. Thanks! it works now
