Alittle help needed with Javascipt

I want to make a simple webpage with multiple buttons. I dont want the page to reload when the button is clicked. I want the button to launch a specific autoit script. I need some guidance please. thanks!

Assuming the HPTM HTML page is on your local machine and you want to run a local AutoIt script, you'll need to do it with an HTA (Hypertext Application). Please research HTAs at msdn.microsoft.com
