set images as background for window

how can i set a windows client background to an image file? I tried GUICtrlSetImage with no luck.

yeah noob question i know...

Edit: the images is .bmp if that makes any difference...

Are you trying to save the current desktop background in .bmp format? Or are you trying to apply an image as a GUI background? I apologize, but I'm a bit confused as to what you are looking for.
