Welcome to the AutoIt forums MasterX :P

Maybe this helps

#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>

$g1 = GUICreate("1")
GUISetState()
$g2 = GUICreate("2")
GUISetState()

While 1
    $m = GUIGetMsg(1)
    If $m[1] = $g1 Then
        If $m[0] = $Gui_event_close Then
         GUIDelete($g1)
         $g1 = 0
         EndIf
    EndIf
    If $m[1] = $g2 Then
        If $m[0] = $Gui_event_close Then
        GUIDelete($g2)
        $g2 = 0
        EndIf
    EndIf
    If $g1 = 0 And $g2 = 0 Then Exit
WEnd
