Moderators SmOke_N Posted June 20, 2008 Moderators Posted June 20, 2008 I am new to autiit and i want to know how to script i don know how to read the language i have downloaded autoit 1 2 3.. from a fourm it wasnt much help at all if anyne has any advice please tell me....Thank-You sorry for spelling http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.ph...c=19434&hl=See if that link helps you, it's the closest to a newbie guide as you'll get here.In my experiences here, answering as many posts as I have, the easiest way to start coding, is to have a general idea of what you would like to accomplish. After you finish that first task, the next comes a bit easier with the retention you gained from the previous ones.If you don't have a specific goal in mind... stop... find one... then come back . Common sense plays a role in the basics of understanding AutoIt... If you're lacking in that, do us all a favor, and step away from the computer.
enaiman Posted June 20, 2008 Posted June 20, 2008 Have a look at Online Documentation http://www.autoitscript.com/autoit3/docs/, there are also 3 tutorial examples. Also the AutoIt Help file is very useful. SNMP_UDF ... for SNMPv1 and v2c so far, GetBulk and a new example script wannabe "Unbeatable" Tic-Tac-Toe Paper-Scissor-Rock ... try to beat it anyway :)
system24 Posted June 20, 2008 Posted June 20, 2008 There is a tutorial with the help file that came with AutoIt. It has some tutorials that cover some basics. It's a question of mind over matter, if I don't mind, it doesn't matter.
