TCPConnect @error = 0 ?

Does anyone have information what could cause a TCPConnect @error return being "0" ? (the function return = -1)

I didnt found anything in the helpfile. Only 1 and 2 for invalid IP/Port.

And WSAGetLasterror normally is a number > 10000.
