GUICtrlCreateCheckbox help

what it's wrong whit my script???sry but i am n00b...i never use GUICtrlCreateCheckbox before...

if i make it

if PixelGetColor(510,424)=0xFEFBD8 then
MsgBox(0,"Disconnect","Disconect detected")
        EndIf

it's work awesome...but if i but the

GUICtrlGetState($Checkbox1)=$GUI_CHECKED
script stay like dumb...

i think the $GUI_CHECKED it's wrong...how to make it???...
