RSS a/o website reader to update list...

I need a function or script that will update a file with the most current virus definitions. Im making a game in which viruses appear, and i want to have up-to-date information on the current viruses out. I want to update the list from http://download.bitdefender.com/resources/...wks_1_rss10.xml

can anyone help me with the script or write me one, that would be VERY helpful. And any help with getting me started on manipulating HTML a/o any type of web files will be GREATLY appreciated. Thanx in advance.
