Screen Capture Blank Screen

When I'm using the Screen capture feature to take pictures of remote PC's I seem to get a Black Screen ? The only thing I can think of is either the Screensaver has activated or they are not logged in ?

I saw two question marks but no real question but I will say this. If there is nothing on the screen it should be black because "nothing" is black.

So more then likely when its capturing the desktop it's logged off.. Thats the only thing I can think of.. !!
