customized lists

Hello everyone

I need to automatically click on one item from a list. The point is that the list is customized, so it has its own class like XYZList. I used AutoIt and also Showin tools, but items are not visible. Also I can not select them using keys.

Could someone please suggest me how can I read the items and click on the one which has a specific name?

Note: I'm using Visual C++.
