damnit,

i've tried to read the "manual" on auto it, but i simply dunt know where to start :idiot: only thing so far i've worked out is how to make a message box :D

does some1 have like a walkthrough or something?

i dont need some1 to just tell me how to do it so i can copy and paste it, then i wont learn to make these things happen myself...

ohwell

Well what do you want to do ?

If you post saying, hey im new and I want to be able to do x,y,z anyone point me in the right direction ?

Id be more than happy to script u a couple of examples.

There isnt really a walkthrough becasue every function comes with example code in the helpfile, what more could you want :idiot:

I suggest the best way to figure autoit out is to goto the index in the helpfile and type keywords that your intrested in and you will find great simple examples.

Happy scripting,

Nova

And .. if you install AutoIt (using the installer, as opposed to just copying the AutoIt3.EXE) .. then it creates an Examples folder which you can get to from:

Start | Programs | AutoIt v3 | Examples

HTH

:idiot:
