The command:

run("compmgmt.msc", @SystemDir)

doesn't work.

If I double-click on this file, it runs and opens into the 'Computer Management' window. How do I get AutoIt to run this?

Use ShellExecute.

Don't forget to set the Working Dir to @SystemDir :P

Run("mmc.exe compmgmt.msc",@SystemDir)

//Edit otherwise, mmc.exe doesn't find the .msc
