Create folders from AD Active Users

hallo,

i've created a new .pst P: for end users to archive their .pst files to only. instead of creating the specific end-user folders and the security one-by-one, i thought

it would be more efficient to have a script to copy a list of active users from active directory, and then create the user folders based off of that list, then add the security rights

for domain admins and the end-user only. 100 users more/less

any help to get me started would be great.
