Numbering instances

Hey, I'm using WinGetClassList() to retrieve the controls from a window, but I can't seem to number them by their instances.

Any ideas how I can do this? I'm thinking I can just use something to count all the times "Button" or something occurs in the list will do, but I don't know how to do that either, lol
