Dim Value1 As String

Recommended Posts

Is there anyway to create a variable of a certian type?

I need to emulate the VB code:

Dim Value1 As String

$str = "char var4[128]"

$a = DllStructCreate($str)

Returns 'Bad variable type.'

Dim $Value1 = ""

doesnt seem to suffice either.

I ve tried DLLCreateStruct but it is of the wrong data type.

Im trying to return some variables to a empty var via VB Com controls

I can see you've read the help file because the part you've showed here is taken from the example.

I tried the example and it works fine for me. Try to run the whole example and see if you get any errors.

Maybe it's about the Autoit version you're using - mine is

SNMP_UDF ... for SNMPv1 and v2c so far, GetBulk and a new example script

wannabe "Unbeatable" Tic-Tac-Toe

Paper-Scissor-Rock ... try to beat it anyway :)
