Changing the default icon

In the past I've been able to specify an .au3 file through an application I got here called something like AutoIT3wrapper, then specify a non-standard .ico file that I want to use, and the app spits out a nice tidy .exe. Unfortunately the PC I've been using just died, so I've been searching on here and perhaps I'm using the wrong terms, but after 20+ minutes I'm looking for anyone's help in locating this app. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
