Some buttons on a certain window are not identified by the AutoIt window info... The window class is Internet Explorer_Server1

Some programs make their own custom controls and don't use Microsoft's controls. These can not natively be interacted with using Autoits ControlClick() /ControlSend() functions.

Internet Explorer however has had a library created to allow automation. Look at the _IE*() funcs

You referenced Internet Explorer_Server1, which is usually associated with an IE window, and you already have the answer for that: use the IE.au3 UDF functions to automate IE.

If the window is not and IE browser then you are looking at an embedded instance of IE in the GUI. It's a little more complicated to attach to that instance, but it can be done and then you just use the _IE* functions as before.
