how to detect mouse events / get folders' names

how do i get the disk drive's name and...

the folders' names and files' names in it (one layer)

2.

how do i set an event that when i triple click it sends "{home}{shiftdown}{end}{shiftup}"

i want to use it to select whole text in the same line
