How to use any window to co-ordinate mouse movements

I wan to know is there any way or function that i can use to co-ordinate any mouse movements. I mean, i want for example to simulate mouse click at x:100, y:100 but thise co-ordinaties are toward created window not the 0,0 screen co-ordinaties. I hope someone to understand me , my english is too bad.
