Extracting from Dogpile.com

I am very new to this forum, and have only really been using Autoit for around a month...but nothing involving internet explorer or the likes...I was just wondering how easy it is, and how to extract search terms that appear at http://www.dogpile.com/info.dogpl/searchspy/.

That is the scrolling box with all the search terms. Is it possible to transfer those terms into a .ini file? I am aware that the scroll box on dogpile uses java..would i have to know any java to be able to complete this task??
