$s=ClipGet()
Send($s,1)

with that text:

"hello

hello

hello"

will show me:

"hello

hello

hello"

why?

You probably have @CRLF in the text you use ClipGet() on, and then since Send() sends 1 letter at a time it gets send as one @CR & one @LF thus giving two linefeeds. You could try StringReplace() to change it.

That's stupid...

Why does autoit interpret a linebreak as @crlf?!?! If you send @crlf every text editor does something different... scite nearly goes dieing, openoffice starts a new page and notepad adds a second line break....
