text in buttons

i have two questions:

1) how i make the text in the button not in middle but a bit above the button? $BS_BUTTOM makes it real low.

2) how i place an image on the button? (that's y i asked the 1st question - i want a button with an image and text)

edit:

i have another question: when i make a group, is it possible to make its contents (buttons, checkboxes, etc.) change? i mean like in tab, or is there another thing like tab take makes few groups and display only one each time?

i found a solution for the last question - i just hide all the dialogs and show others.
