FileGetTime and FileGetSize not working quite right in Vista?

Hi all, I was messing around with using the FileGetTime and FileGetSize functions to see when there had been a change to the Windows firewall log. All worked well in XP, but Vista would not always see when there were changes and Autoit would return the unmodified size or time stamp. in .08 I start to use line count instead to see when the firewall log has been changed, but that's kind of a poor way to do it. I'm using v3.2.13.7 (beta).

Thanks for the great scripting tool, hope someone know what the problem is.
