TCP functions - what Windows API they use internally?

I mean AutoIt's native functions: TCPStartup, TCPConnect, TCPSend, TCPRecv, TCPListen, TCPShutdown

I have found some HTTP/INET UDFs out there some of them use wininet.dll HttpSendRequest for example.

Here are some links to HTTP UDFs:

HttpSendRequest:

Question2:

How about HTTPS, what are methods of sending authentifications data?

Thanks Larry.

Finally I will use WinHttp COM object which has all functionality embedded (also Proxy/HTTPS).

$oHttpRequest = ObjCreate("WinHttp.WinHttpRequest.5.1")

...

Can someone verify that TCP functions use Winsock.dll API?

Considering Larry either wrote them, or at least worked on them, I'd pretty much bet on his answer being right.
