Changing network setting on Windows XP and Vista

Hi There,

I am new to AutoIt but am very excited from what I read on what it can do. I am having some trouble getting started. I am wanting a application that will configure my network setting either for DHCP or a STATIC address. Can anyone recommend how I would go about this or may be some one has already asked this question before. Thanks in advance.
