Help Select multiple GuiCtrlCreatelist And Guictrlread

I have a file keyword.ini like this:

[Key Word]

[Num] = 2

Key1 = B

Key2 = C

I 've got a GuictrlCreatelist, How do get data form Keyword.ini ? and ?

$Gui = GUICreate("List view Edit", 400, 300)
$Edit = GUICtrlCreateInput("Enter Text Here", 20, 60, 100, 20)
GUICtrlSetFont($Edit, 10)
$ListView = GUICtrlCreateList("A", 200, 20, 150, 100)
GUICtrlSetLimit(-1, 200)
$Add = GUICtrlCreateButton(">>", 150, 40, 30, 20)
$Remove = GUICtrlCreateButton("<<", 150, 80, 30, 20)
GUISetState()

    $ReadInput = GUICtrlRead($Edit)
    $ReadList = GUICtrlRead($ListView);==> line selected ,  How do read all line  ?

        GUICtrlSetData($ListView, $ReadInput)

Not entirely sure, but I think your ini file isn't going to work with Num in square brackets.

[Key Word]

Num = 2

Key1 = B

Key2 = C

...this would work.
