Yes, you could do that with AutoIt, but it will be a pretty advanced project if you want the full customizable windows, etc. If you have learned enough about AutoIt to install any particular application without operator intervention, then you could make a menu for installing it.

Start out with the tutorial in the help file for installing WinZip.
