Path to opened files from processes

Hi,

The following post http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=78969&pid=569783&mode=threaded&start=#entry569783 explains how to get the active processes running on a PC.

But is it possible to get a list of all the documents/files opened -- not necessarily processes?

For instance, the code in the above topic will show that Word.exe is opened (perhaps located on the C:\ drive). But if I have a myfile.doc located on a K:\ drive that is opened through Word.exe?

Essentially, I need to get a list of every file that is currently opened from the K:\ drive (documents as well as executables).

Any idea?
