gathering text info from Add Remove Programs

Has anyone tried uninstalling something through Control Panel's Add Remove Programs through AutoIT? I need to be able to get the text of the selected item in the list of installed software in order to remove the right program, but the list seems to be opaque to AutoIT.

Ah... if it were that simple. It looks like the Trident viewer was used to create the list of programs in Add/Remove programs. Trident always was a pain... I've seen it used before as part of the old Internet Explorer. It's not accessible, so far, through automation, as far as I can tell.
